Fridtjov Såheim (born July 2, 1968) is a Norwegian actor. He portrays Sindre Schirmer on Netflix's Ragnarok. He also played a Migration Officer and a Muslim role in Lilyhammer.

Såheim was born in Norway. He is known for The Wave (2015), Victoria (2013 — A single-shoot movie) and The Art of Negative Thinking (2006).
