Sindre is the psychologist at Edda's school. At first, he offered to talk to the students and support them with a privacy agreement, but ended up disrespecting Magne's privacy, revealing what he said to the principal, Ran Jutul.
In the series
- The character appears to have been based on Sindri, a dwarf also known by the name Eitri. In Norse mythology, Sindri was responsible for forging Thor's hammer, Mjölnir. Although the character does not have enough prominence in the first season to the point that we can affirm with certainty the influence of Sindri, there are other elements in Sindre (character of the series) that we need to highlight. The main one is the speech that the psychologist makes shortly after Isolde's death, when he says that students can always look for him, except on Thursdays. The English word for "Thursday" is "Thursday", whose origin comes from "Thor's Day", or Thor's Day. It is, at the very least, a little curious that this is the only day that the psychologist is not available.
